3. Account Security

• Account Verification: Email verification required for all accounts

In-App Reporting

Users can report child safety concerns directly within the Shelfeesh app:

• Report Button: Available on all user profiles, reviews, and content
• Report Categories: Specific reporting options for child safety concerns including:
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Child exploitation or abuse
  • Inappropriate contact with a minor
  • Sexualization of minors
• Anonymous Reporting: Users can report concerns anonymously
• 24/7 Review: All child safety reports are prioritized and reviewed immediately

Immediate Actions

When CSAM or CSEA content is detected or reported, we take the following immediate actions:

• Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating content (typically within 1 hour)
• Account Suspension: Immediate suspension of offending accounts
• Evidence Preservation: Secure preservation of evidence for law enforcement
• User Protection: Additional protections for affected users, especially minors

Law Enforcement Cooperation

• NCMEC CyberTipline: We file reports with NCMEC as required by US law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
• Global Cooperation: We cooperate with law enforcement agencies worldwide
• Evidence Provision: We provide lawful evidence requests to authorized agencies
• 24/7 Emergency Response: Emergency law enforcement contact available 24/7
